Did you get your Secret Santa? The tracking says "delivered"
:)
I still haven't gotten mine. :(
I'm also without anything, and the one I sent is still "in transit", which given that I sent it weeks ago is somewhat concerning. God-damned physical goods! :)
A bit uncreative, but I just bought something from the local Amazon of the recipient, getting it shipped to them. Shipping from my country invariably would have been a hassle that would likely have met with administrative hiccups.

Oh, I did that for my US-resident recipient. :) Took the delivery people four days to go from "out for delivery" to "delivered". That's one hell of a route.

It's a big country.
Good thing this wasn't in California. Those delivery routes take forever.

"Out for delivery" generally means that the package has reached the local dispatch and is on the final truck between the carrier and the destination. That IS a hell of a route.
Philo
Flasher and Mat, what do you want for Xmas?

Sort of. My wife told me a package came, but since I'm in D.C. right now, I haven't had a chance to look at it. I should be able to look at it when I get in tomorrow before I head up to MO.
