Why CPUs don't follow the JavaScript framework pattern?

6 months at most then deprecate it and release a whole new architecture.

Today's CPUs are still compatible with an architecture imagined 30 years ago, while the latest and greatest JavaScript framework introduces a whole new architecture every 6 months, completely trashing the "old" crappy approach. The new one being obviously, bulletproof and future-proof.

CPUs suck, JavaScript rocks. They should start writing CPUS in JavaScript actually!

Huh.  Last time I heard something like this, it was for the Pascal p-machine.  Back in the 1970's.
