Actually no. The houses on the bluffs that have any danger of collapsing into the sea are so expensive that no one I know can afford to live in them.

The traffic, the stress, the insane cost of real estate, the crowds, the smog, etc.

Every place has its problems.  I'm tired of these particular problems.  I want a different set of irritations.
