hi everyone!
i'm looking for a logo. it consists of several semicircles nested inside each other. each one was rotated a bit more then the last one. that's all i remember. :(
i think it was for a tech / it company. anyone remember it?
identify the logo!hi everyone!
i'm looking for a logo. it consists of several semicircles nested inside each other. each one was rotated a bit more then the last one. that's all i remember. :( i think it was for a tech / it company. anyone remember it? I don't want to say what that logo looks like to me.
Actually I think I know what you are talking about. Did the overlapping semicircles make a complete circle with a hole in the middle? Can't remember if the circles were different colors or not, but for some reason red comes to mind?
Anyone know a site where I could draw this, save it, and link to it? the one i'm looking for, yes. and it consists of semicircles, not circles.
i thought you could help me out here. if i remember correctly it was for an it company. Draw a picture and email to me and I'll host it for you... (Or you could try PhotoBucket or something.)
Just whipped this up in Paint.NET. Look familiar to anyone?
Again, I don't remember colors very well, but I know I've seen this somewhere. (Don't know if it's what the OP was thinking of, though.) http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/193/970/320/logo.gif Yep! That's what I was thinking of. I even knew there was something less symetrical in the actual logo, too, but couldn't remember what.
Well, that would explain it. Those aren't semicircles, nor are they nested...
Philo Well they're not nested but I think they count as semi-circles.
I know this Philo, but I was trying to think of what the OP *might* be thinking of. You'll noticed in my description, I used overlapping instead of nested, and I thought about mentioning that they weren't full semicircles, but rather similar sections cut by a chord or something to that effect, but I figured that would be too pedantic. Not for you, obviously.
Except Philo would want us all to know that those aren't really semicircles.
Huh? Those *are* nested semicircles. Unlike the Picasa logo, as Philo correctly pointed out. Or do I have a tumour in my brain's geometry cortex?
