5 dead in California shooting?
Some fuckturd shot up kids at an elementary school in an obscure rural northern californian town. They have towns up there full of rednecks and retards. One of those.
They are claiming domestic violence again.
Killer's name not released.
First killing was at 7:28am on Bobcat Lane, here:
Started there and was domestic violence. Obviously killed his wife or mother. This is likely the house of the killer.
Then went on what is described as a random spree involving 7 different sites.
3 houses there on Bobcat Lane. One has a junkyard. That'll be a single old male, so probably not him. Second one has a nice orchard. Probably not them? Maybe the first one on the left then with the trailer and the stop sign. But we don't really know.
6980 - 1.5 acre, sold for $1750. Probably a empty lot.
6950 - 1.5 acre lot with septic and power
6970 - 2 baths 1,356 sqft house 1.4 acre lot.
6970 is the one on the corner. Sold for $38,500 in 2012.
Names of three previous owners are on the web. But not the current one.
It could also be one of the two other houses.
Shall we continue the investigation.
Junkyard guy has a gun and knows how to use it.
He also has a mean dog - a Doberman, Rottweiler or similar.
No beta cuck rampaging gunman is going to bother him.
6955 has a trailer or manufactured home on it. Maybe not visible from the cloud cover, or maybe it's just no longer clear from google photos that it's a mobile home.
Really very little info about this street, but google did drive up it.
Usually 4chan's investigators have compiled dossiers on everyone by now but I'm not finding it.
6955 is the junkyard. 2 acre lot. So it's a doublewide with a porch and a shed.
Due west of the junkyard is some weird holes in a geometric pattern. Nothing to do with this, just strange random things.
Hm, the orchard in the middle house has those too. I guess they are some kind of planters.
6970 called the shooting in. It was their neighbors in this house at 17170 Fawn Ln. Shooting was not on Bobcat Ln.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS ADDRESS IS UNCONFIRMED, however law enforcement has said it was "the house at the end of Fawn Lane".
Now that property is owned by G. Weddle of Texas. He's the landlord and is obviously renting to someone and has nothing to do with any of this. The address at one point had a phone registered to "Oh Ya Enterprises", which is in the category of "handyman services".
Forget Oh Ya, they were mislisted on that street due to an error.
17170 was once Weddles Heating & Ac. Weddles though seems to have moved to Bella Vista.
Property assessed at $139,798. Sold $135,000 in 10/2014. 3 bedroom, 2 bath., 1548 sq ft, built in 2008, 1.6 acres.
Mailing address for tax is Skipjack Way, Sacramento. So that means current resident is likely a renter.
So we aren't going to find his name on the property tax records.
Zero kids dead. Some shot but Ok. All victims were adults.
Shooter was Kevin ---, a known felon in his 50s. His neighbor Brian Flint told a reporter who contacted him that the suspect harassed him. Kevin often fired multiple rounds during the early morning hours. Living near him was hell.
"The crazy thing is the neighbor has been shooting a lot of bullets lately – hundreds of rounds, large magazines. We made it known to police that this guy is crazy and he’s been threatening us and everything like that."
Brian Flint, 27, said his truck was stolen from his residence while he was not home and used in the shooting. He told the Daily News his roommate was among those killed.
Here's a Kevin in that general area who has been arrested lots and lots of times for firearms issues.
Probably not him, this guy should be in jail at the present.
Kevin Charles Dyke 47, of Corning is another local criminal, but he lives on Scott Avenue.
I guess we can just go through all the criminal Kevins in the area since we know the killer is a felon and named Kevin.
COT EXCLUSIVE BREAKING NEWS
Police had previously been informed about the shootings.
August 29, 2017
Bobcat Lane, Corning: A person walking outside overnight Friday heard three shots fired she believes toward her residence and one shot toward a car.
COT EXCLUSIVE BREAKING NEWS
Police have been receiving reports about Kevin's violence and shooting since 2016.
Despite the fact that Kevin is a convicted felon not allowed to have weapons, police never took him into custody after receiving multiple reports that he was out shooting all the time.
Bobcat Lane, Corning: A woman reported Sunday that her neighbor is shooting and yelling while on his property and said it is an ongoing problem.
IN A COT INTERNATIONAL SCOOP EXCLUSIVE, STAR INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER REALITY CHECK CAN NOW REVEAL THE NAME OF THE MASS SHOOTER.
THIS IS THE FIRST RELEASE OF THE NAME ANYWHERE.
FEB 2, 2017
Kevin Janson Neal: 43, of Corning was arrested Tuesday in the 6900 block of Bobcat Lane in Rancho Tehama. He was booked into Tehama County Jail on the charges of assault with deadly weapon not firearm or force, great bodily injury likely, battery on person, crime against elder or dependent adult, discharge firearm with gross negligence and false imprisonment with violence. Bail was $160,000.
AND HERE IS HIS PHOTO. THIS IS THE FIRST RELEASE OF HIS PHOTO ANYWHERE.
You read it here first folks!
DISCLAIMER NOTE: MAYBE IT WAS A DIFFERENT VIOLENT FELON KEVIN LIVING ON ONE OF THE 3 HOUSES ON BOBCAT LN.
Junkyard old guy I found the name of.
Another house is the woman filing the complaints.
Third house was where a Kevin was arrested last year.
Again, police have not confirmed this preliminary report.
It may be another Kevin living in a fourth house that is invisible.
Northern California is generally very pro-gun right wing types.
But even so with the sheriff getting multiple calls over the years about a felon shooting a gun, they should have investigated.
The woman in the above police reports is also the one he was arrested over. He was mad she was calling police about his shooting all the time and he stabbed her.
Based on this new detail, Kevin Neal is in fact the shooter.
At the time he stabbed her, he was not a felon.
He is also not a convicted felon. He is indicted on felony charges and awaiting trial while out on bond. His bond was $160,000, not a small amount.
Question: if you are out on bail for violent felony charges such as attempted murder, shouldn't one of the conditions of bail be that you surrender your guns pending the outcome of the trial?
Brian Flint had lent his pickup to his roommate. The roommate was returning the truck when Kevin came up and shot him dead in the driveway and stole the truck.
Kevin shot several people on Bobcat Lane. Killed the roommate. Presumably he shot the woman he previously stabbed.
Question: If you are out on bail for attempted murder of a woman neighbor you hate and want to kill, should you be allowed to continue living next door to her, or should a condition of bail be that you NOT live next door to the victim pending trial?
Perhaps he also shot the junkyard guy as well...
There are seven known shooting sites. The elementary school, the random truck, the location where he was killed and four others. One is on the adjacent street. Presumably those three others are all on Bobcat Lane which means he shot ALL the neighbors.
On the other hand, the sheriff said he did "several random drive by shootings of residences" on his way to the school, which was 1 mile from the house he was staying at. So maybe only a couple sites in his neighborhood.
Four hours since we broke the story of the shooter, his motivations, his history and backstory.
And the police out there still haven't been able to confirm his identity. They are not sure who it is.
This is pretty bad policing. Starting with them letting this guy, a known mad morning shooter, a known death threater, have guns after he was arrested for attempting to murder his neighbor.
The problem is the police.
NYT has finally just now confirmed what I reported 4 hours ago. That one of the victims on his street was the neighbor lady who he was angry with because she reported his shooting and threats to police, the one he stabbed and indicted for trying to murder, the one who the judge didn't bother to issue him a restraining order from going near.
Washington Post just published that there was a restraining order against him bothering her, but it was not written in such a way that would prevent him from continuing to live next door to her.
OK, Sacramento paper has just released the name of the shooter.
Kevin Janson Neal.
Tips are appreciated folks. I'll be here all weekend.
And it turns out those weird pots I was mentioning are actually pots for pot. Everyone on that street is growing marijuana.
Rancho Tehama was originally meant to be a retirement community but has evolved into a haven for marijuana growers.
Another late to the game. Sorry Heavy! CoT got you beat as always!
