"The Dutch foreign minister has stepped down on Tuesday after admitting he lied about being in a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin."

"During his campaign for the March 2017 election, Mr Zijlstra claimed he had personally heard Mr Putin speak of creating a "Greater Russia" in 2006."

On other news, American airstrike in Syria killed about 200 Russian mercenaries who participated with the Syrian Army in the attack of US backed militia.

He he heheh :D

Second or third time I hear this word, "gook" :)

Reminds me of the local "sachs", shorthand for Sachsen Deutche. A local proverb says "if it's not dumb it's not sachs" :D

We also need to nuke China and North Korea. Then we kill all communists in Western countries. Hard core socialists are borderline communists. We also need to kill them too. I'm for turning us into a fascist regime.

I didn't know 'Sax' extended all the way to Romania.

It was the word for 'German' in Scandinavia and the Baltic states (and still is the official name in Finland).

Like the French use Allemand, after the Germanic tribe bordering them.

But the Slavs (and Hungarians) use something like 'német', don't know the etymology of that, so how come Romanians know Saxons, who live up North?

(of course the English wankers had to use the name used by the old Romans, fitting their Imperialist thinking)

By the way, Groningen also belongs to the original Saxon area.

Hey, dumbo, you asked that before and your question was answered.

So you are not only stupid, you also have a weak memory.

Well, we refer to Germans by three synonyms. "Germani" (Allemani), the official term. "Nemți", I suppose from Slavic (Google translate says немецкий / nemetskiy for "Germans"). And "Sași" (Saxons) from these guys: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transylvanian_Saxons

"US backed militia"

US backed ISIS soldiers again, or is this one of these "we swear they are not ISIS" groups, again.

So these Saxons in Romania (Siebenbürgen?) came from all over the German Empire, except the Saxon areas :-)

My home village is actually in this region: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N%C3%B6snerland which used to have a high density of Transylvanian Saxons, but after the onset of the communist regime they had the choice of staying here or immigrating to West Germany in exchange for a ransom payed to the communist state. And immigrated in drones.

Still, a few of them remained and my village's mayor was a Sachs guy for a long time, I think about 3 or 4 mandates after the Revolution. And by the way, the current president of Romania is a Sachs guy :P
