RIP Philo

As someone who is watches every Law&Order episode, I honestl

The hearing was supposed to be THIS MORNING.

Judge Dana Makoto Sabraw is the judge who ordered the kids to be reunited with their parents by July 10.

This morning the same Judge Dana Sabraw informed Justice Department lawyer Sarah Fabian that he couldn't get to their prescheduled hearing TODAY, and asked her if she could come back to the federal courthouse in San Diego for another status meeting ON SUNDAY. This is obvious BS because the courthouse does not hear cases on Sunday.

Fabian said, "I have dog-sitting responsibilities that require me to go back to Colorado but I will be back Monday."

So then the leftist obstructionist judge ordered the transcript of that statement to be released to the press, who knew what to do with it.

The deadline to "reunite" the families is Tuesday.

The July 10 deadline pertains to children UNDER 5 years old.

There are 101 children in this age range who are not presently with their parents. Of the 101, half are in the custody of ICE. The others have "left the country or were released". Fabian says these latter ones have been more difficult to reunify since they are not actually in US custody at present. With the others remaining, "the government has a strong interest in ensuring that any release of a child from government custody occurs in a manner that ensures the safety of the child." This refers to situations where the adult that was with them has not been verified to be a parent, and also the various cases that have been found where the adult has a history of sex trafficking, child abuse, and/or narcotics trafficking. The government would prefer NOT to reunite the kids in these cases, but they will if the judge continues to insist.

Monday Fabian will present a list of all un-reunited kids and their specific current status and situation.

What is bullshit about it?

They've reunified 500 kids and have 101 remaining that are supposed to be reunified by the 10th. Half of these are in US custody but are not reunited because there are problems with the "parents" such as histories of sex trafficking, child abuse, and narcotics smuggling convictions. Some there are problems because the DNA doesn't match. The other half of the 101 (50 or 51 presumably) are not in US custody and some have left the country. How can the US reunify the ones that have left the country? Why is it bullshit to say that is a problem? Others can't be reunited because they were "released". Based on previous discussions of how the system works, this means released to a vetted guardian. But in this case perhaps not the parent but rather a proven family member in the US.

The particular circumstances under their leaving the country or being released will be provided in a report to the judge on Monday. But you have a problem with that and say it is "bullshit"? Why?

"Judge held a hearing today"

The announcement about the dog was made at 11:57AM EST, which is 8:57AM PST where the hearing was. The attorney showed up for the hearing and requested a delay past the 10th for the 101 kids. The judge said he wasn't going to handle the hearing and come back on Sunday. She said she couldn't because of her dog, but could come back Monday. Judge then ordered the court transcript to be released to the press IMMEDIATELY. Normally court transcripts take days or weeks before release. Never within minutes of the hearing.

This entire thing went down within minutes of the court building opening in the morning.

Judges don't really delay hearings so they can have them on Sunday, the judge knew the attorney wouldn't be able to make that.

Courts never release full transcripts within minutes of things happening.

But all this did happen Friday morning, today.

On Monday the judge will ORDER the 50 kids whose adult is not their parent and the ones that are their parent but is a sex trafficker returned to them.

The kids will then be raped and murdered.

This blood will be on the judge's hands.

Some of the kids have been released to vetted family members, not the parents, and the parents are in custody facing criminal charges.

For these specific cases, why do you want the kids taken away from their family members and placed in prison with the parent?

Why does anyone want kids in prison with their incarcerated parent?

Or is it that you think that people with kids who commit crimes should not be incarcerated, but just let to roam about freely in custody of the kid?

Which one?

What about all the ‘normal’ criminals in jail, why aren’t people protesting their separation from their kids?

It seems to be about increasing the number of non-voting illegals in liberal states for the purpose of cooking the census to give them more electoral votes.

So citizen and lawful resident criminals are already accounted for and the issue of separations irrelevant for them.

With the illegals, if children and parents are in prison it violates the consent decree from the 1990s. If they are separately processed, then after the process, they are deported. The desired goal is to instead simply release them into the population without charges and let them stay, where they contribute to the census population count.

WTF are you on about? The 101 and "about half" are in all the articles about Friday mornings meeting with Judge Sabraw.

Today there's some more detailed numbers:

19 child-accompaniers accepted deportation and left the US without their "children". The US is unable to find them or verify that they are the parents, so the kids can not be reunited with them.

19 child-accompaniers were released in the US, disappeared, and can not be contacted.

Presumably if these 38 adults actually were the parents they'd have made some effort to stay with their kids rather than just disappear.

So this liar first talks about 50 kids. Now suddenly he's switching to talking about accompaniers.

So the kidshave not "left the country or were released"

Your first paragraph ...  a lie.  liar

Get facts then come back. You've got no clue. None.

There's no lies, but you are an absolute piece of shit.

101 is a number stated in court.
About half is a number reported in articles.
Exact details are coming on Monday and will be reported to the court and to the ACSL friends of the court, in accordance with the judge's orders.
In the meantime the details of 38 of the 101 have been released.

Fuck you, troll Lotti Botti.

me: "38 adults"

you: "38 children were released?"

Fuck you.

Now of the 101 children, these are the children that came with *someone*. Maybe a parent maybe not. Each came with one. So there's 101 adults for the 101 children.

There's also 500 already reunited.

About half of the 101 remaining have serious problems dealing with reuniting with the parent for a certain class of reasons. The other half its a different class of reasons dealing with the adult and child both being in custody and whereabouts known, but the adult is not the parent, or has convictions for rape, child abuse, sex trafficking, and/or narcotics.

Many children HAVE already been released to family members. The numbers not yet clear, that comes on Monday. Some of those released children reunited with family are in the US. Others have gone with their deported parents or family members. Full details when the feds release them to ACLU and judge. ACLU may or may not then release them immediately on Monday, we'll have to see.

Presumably you are all a bunch of dipshit Trump haters and when you go and see that the Trump admin is doing the right thing you just remain silent, waiting with your rocks, moltov cocktails, and masked soy boy trollers with bike locks to cheer them on.
