SpaceX launch in 10 minutes
This was the first reuse of the new ‘Block-5’.
Which means it’s the same stage-1 as the one used for the launch on July 25th!
Which means they did a turn-around in 13 days!!

The first launch by a Block-5 was back in May:
A turnaround of 3-months is STILL impressive though.
They currently have to strip the whole thing down, check it and then reassemble.
I haven't posted in this thread. I use consistent nicks. I switched to RC after Reality Check got banned the other day by BubbleBoy. I assume you can figure out that Reality Check = RC.
Just what the hell other name do you think I am using and why? I'm not using other names here.
I always thought you were on of the few interested in SpaceX launches on CoT hence the false assumption.
I post in a lot of threads here. There's a big Musk lover here who announces all the launches. That's not me. However, this board is where I get my SpaceX launch announcements. Not because I look for that, because they get announced, so I watch them if I see them. Kind of because it's exciting. Maybe it blows up, which is cool and I feel smug. Or maybe they do another drone recovery which is cool to see. I also then monitor whatever satellite they are launching to have a vibe about what sort of crap is being stuffed in orbit.
I wouldn't follow this hardly at all if not for the posts. I am a space fan, but the launches have become mundane, which is interesting to observe in myself since that's what happened to the Apollo missions, towards the end no one was even paying attention to manned moon landings, and I used to think that was crazy.
As far as Musk I think he's a PT Barnum style con artist and I'm very anti-Musk. Obviously the people working at SpaceX are very good, due to so many of them being laid off shuttle engineers or people trained by them, but Musk himself is a compulsive liar. He did succeed at putting the company together though, which is noteworthy.
