There was a shortcut for writing property procedures (get/set) in Visual Studio .NET 2003 for C#. I am forgetting the keyboard short-cut. Hayulp!
There's one in 2005, I wasn't aware of one in 2003 other than setting up your own...
there is an arcane one in 03, too. I saw it on some website some guy had. Not famous website. And the shortcut is not documented.

I use delicious for ref sometimes. But I use a tool better than that. It's called ?off. Have you tried it? ;-)
