whats to big about Copilot?
I have compared it with MSN remote assistance. Both are equal in its utility. The difference is price!!.. what else?

UltraVNC baby, wasnt that hard to setup.
On the copilot software. It looks like a good piece of software. But, I would think with FogCreek, the champions of software would be writing AI applications, compilers, future of software tools type things.
Who cares, they are probably making some good money.
Remember how Joel went on about Groove a while back? How you could email tokens back and forth and retrieve the file either through the sender's computer directly or a third party server?
CoPilot is VNC + Groove.

"UltraVNC baby, wasnt that hard to setup. "
great. call your mother and tell her that you want to VNC in and do an update.
talk her through it.
*or* spend a few $ and send her an application that she double clicks.
I know which Id prefer :)
" the champions of software would be writing AI applications, compilers, future of software tools type things. "

Are you Joel? Seriously, I've been watching your posts and you have a definite slant towards Joel. You're constantly defending his actions, and cheerleading his products.
I think you're The Spolsky himself.
Welcome!
