CRM Suggestions?
I know it's a wide-open question, I'm just starting to look into this.
We don't want the RM part so much as just contact managment - keep track of about 300 staff interacting with a whole bunch of customers.
As much as possible, we want something off the shelf, want to do as little customization as possible.
Suggestions, recommendations?

or I'll provide you one of mine :-)
SugarCRM ? That's what I work in almost exclusively and it offeres the RM part out of the box, no tweaking.

We just installed Microsoft's CRM software to do this. Seems to do the job just fine and integrates fully with Outlook.

If we go with an OTS product, it's currently looking like MS or Sugar, but it's not like I've done an exhaustive search.

Please remember to take pictures and post them when you are done. Video wouldn't be bad, either.
