V8- Yay or nay
Not a big vegetable eater? Is V8 worth drinking to replace regular vegetables?
It tastes foul. What've you got against vegetables?
I like the taste of V8, personally, but I can't drink it because it tears me up.
I love the taste of V8 / vegetable cocktails. They're very refreshing.
The only real downside is that they're also, purportedly, highly concentrated pesticides, and they have lots of salt. On the flip side, they're full of a huge amount of bioavailable lycopene.

Its OK for when you can't get real veggies.
